The photos are entitled “Autoportraits” and are his way of creating a humoristic, provocative and sexy scenography around himself and the watches.
You’ve probably already seen some of his pictures. They often have a sexual reference, and they naturally capture the person so you can see them as they really are. I’m actually a little bit tired of the “Terry Richardson” style in photos. I want to see something new. But then I saw these photos of Chloe Sevigny taken by Terry Richardson and I think they are great. Of course it helps that Chloe is one of my favorite it-girls.
